Each of the film segments purports to raise awareness, cleanse the spirit, rediscover lost values, and overcome the difficulties of this troubled world. Another defining line of the film seeks to strike a balance between Ying and Yang, light and darkness, hot and cold, Heaven and Earth, the Sun and the Moon.
